Get the look: Marion Cotillard at 2014 Met Gala

Who: Marion Cotillard
What: 2014 Met Gala
 Makeup: Christophe Danchaud

How-to:
Danchaud prepped Marion’s skin with Hourglass No. 28 Primer Serum.  For foundation, he used Hourglass Veil Fluid Makeup in 1.5, and covered any imperfections with Hourglass Hidden Corrective Concealer in Pearl.  He finished the skin with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light all over the face for a soft, ethereal effect.

Next, he used Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Radiant Magenta on the cheeks.

For the eyes, Danchaud used the shimmery lilac shade from Hourglass Visionaire Eye Shadow in Exhibition, all over the lids.  Next, he applied the dark mauve shade close to Marion's top lash line, out to the outer corner of her eye, and then wrapped it around underneath her eyes (sticking close to the lash line).  He followed this up with a little gold pigment on the lids.  To give her ample lashes, he used a generous amount of Hourglass Film Noir Full Spectrum Mascara.  To finish the eyes, he framed the face with Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil in Dark Brunette.  (Kids, I cannot say enough about how much I love this brow pencil.  It's my FAVORITE).

To finish the look, Danchaud lined the lips with the new Hourglass Panoramic Long Wear Lip Liner in Raven.  He mixed Hourglass Femme Rouge Velvet Crème Lipstick in Raven and Muse to create the perfect orange/red shade for the evening.
