For $10 you can get salon-quality designs, for a lot less than you'd pay for a manicure (at least in NYC!) and it certainly takes less time than waiting for your nails to dry. You just peel them, apply, and then file off the excess edges. It's beyond easy. I personally can't wait to go to the drugstore and pick up the Snow Bunny (white with red snowflakes) for some holiday parties this year.
