For the lipstick lover:
Lipstick Queen Endless Summer lipstick in Hang Ten ($22)
The Endless Summer collection is 3 absolutely perfect summer shades, but Hang Ten makes the list for being a nude that you'll want to wear year-round. It's got an opacity to it, without being too opaque, but the smooth texture is such that you feel like it's sheer. It's not sticky, and feels good on the lips with the healthy dose of Vitamin E and natural oils that it contains.
Shu Uemura Gloss Unlimited in ND 10S- nude shimmer ($25)
Not only is this one of the most beautiful shades of nude gloss that I’ve found, but it’s actually good for the lips too. The texture is creamy, rather than waxy, because of ingredients like Lotus Flower extract, and nourishing Hyaluronic spheres. One of my favorite aspects of this gloss has to be the applicator though. The applicator's circular tip is soft to the touch and dispenses the perfect amount of gloss each time.
Kevyn Aucoin The Flesh Tone Lip Pencil in Medium ($24)
This pencil has been a long-time favorite in the kits of many of your favorite makeup artists. It's crucial if you have any summer weddings coming up, because of it's matte finish and inexplicable ability to blend with any lip color you might pair it with (or just be worn on its own). It's totally neutral. Not too pink, not too brown. It's sort of magical actually.
Butter London Lippy in Hen Party ($18)
We all know nudes are supposed to look NUDE, but sometimes you just need a more sheer option depending on your skin tone. Hen Party is a sheer nude with a little bit of sparkle that can be worn on its own, or worn over another lip color to make the color more muted &/or shiny.
