Maybelline New York makes my wallet very happy with their limited edition collections. In May there are 6 of these limited edition collections available, and I have to say they are top notch. Maybe it's that I'm a sucker for summery colors, or maybe I just think that if you're paying less than $10 for it, then it can't hurt to try something new. (Maybe a little of both). Check out what they've cooked up for us for summer:
Dream Sun Bronzing collection ($8.99 each):
Who doesn't love a good bronzer during the summer months (and beyond)? Maybelline's Dream Sun Bronzing Collection gives us several different options to choose from. The Dream Sun Bronzing Powder Four Seasons is a multi-tonal palette that allows you to customize your level of bronze depending on your mood. (Available in Light or Medium). For a Gisele-worthy glow, you can try the Dream Sun Bronzing Face Illuminator. This is a gel formula that you can use as a highlighter on the high points of the face, or all over for a sexy glow. (Available in one universal shade).
If you like a bronzing powder, you can choose from the Dream Sun Bronzing Powder Matte for a matte finish, or the Dream Sun Bronzing Powder Glow that has just a hint of shimmer. (Both available in Light or Medium).

Color Show Nail Lacquer ($3.99 each) will be available in 10 new shades for summer: Azure Seas, Bare Escape, Canary Cool, Midnight Swim, Mint Mist, Pacific Blues, Poolside, Sandstorm, Turquoise Paradise, and Urban Utopia.
Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream-Gel Shadow will be available in 8 new shades ($6.99 each). This is a long-wearing cream shadow that will stand up to some very hot summer days. It's almost too hard to choose between the ultra-feminine shades that are available: Blue Paradise, Cool Crush, Icy Mint, Lavish Lavender, Precious Pearl, Seashore Frosts, Shady Shores, or Waves of White.

Eye Studio Master Drama Cream Pencil ($7.99 each) will be available for summer in Navy Knockout or Taupe Takeover. This eyeliner is perfect for summer because it's water-resistant and long-wearing, but still has a great creamy texture for easy application.
Color Sensational Color Whisper ($7.49 each), as the name implies, gives just a hint of color. The formula contains honey nectar to keep lips soft, and comes in 4 limited edition shades: I Crave Coral, Nude Shimmer, Ravishing Pink, and Sienna Sands.

Color Sensational High Shine Lip Gloss ($7.49 each) also contains honey nectar to soften the lips, but does NOT contain wax, so it doesn't feel sticky. These color-saturated formulas will come in 6 shades for summer: Coral Heat, Fuschia Sparks, Nude Compliment, Peach Glisten, Peony Sheen, and Rose Lust.
