Get The Look: Rosamund Pike At The 2015 Oscar's

Who: Rosamund Pike

What: 2015 Oscar's
Skin: Crystal Lynn Mattison for Sisley Paris
Pre-Oscars, Pike got the all-star treatment with Sisley Gentle Buffing Cream to exfoliate the skin.  Mattison followed this up with Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask to brighten the skin, and then some Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil for ultimate hydration.
Makeup: Melanie Inglessis for MAKE UP FOR EVER
The day of, Inglessis prepped Pike's skin with Sisleya Essential Skincare Lotion and Sisley Floral Spray Mist.  While the skin was still damp, she locked in all that moisture with Sisley Hydra-Global Intense Anti-Aging Hyrdration.  Next, she used a thick layer of Sisley Eye Contour Mask for 10 minutes, and prepped the lips with Sisley Nutritive Lip Balm.

After the skin was prepped, Inglessis used MAKE UP FOR EVER Step 1 Skin Equalizer Mattifying Primer (launches in March 2015).  Using a Beauty Blender, she worked CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua into the skin, and Sisley Phyto-Cernes Eclat Concealer under the eyes. To contour the cheekbones, she blended CHANEL Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzing Makeup Base with MAKE UP FOR EVER Artisan Medium Powder Brush #126, and then swept it across the forehead and down the bridge of the nose.  Next, she used a light dusting of MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Pressed Powder all over the face to set the makeup.
To define the brows, Inglessis used MAKE UP FOR EVER Brow Seal Transparent Eyebrow Gel.  She wanted to use earth tones on Pike's eyes for a natural look, so she used MAKE UP FOR EVER Matte Artist Shadow in #M-530 (Eggshell) all over the lid and MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Liner in #M-50, (Matte Bright Brown) along the lash line. Next, she smudged the liner with CHANEL Illusion D’ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Mirage to soften the lines. She added MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Shadow in #M-536 (Milk Tea) to the crease with a MAKE UP FOR EVER Artisan Large Blender Brush #242.  She used CHANEL Inimitable Mascara in Brun on the bottom lashes and MAKE UP FOR EVER Smoky Lash Mascara Rich Black on the top lashes.  She finished the look off with a nude lip, using CHANEL Precision Lip Definer in Beige Innocent and  CHANEL Rouge Coco Ultra Hydrating Lip Colour in Mademoiselle.

Hair: Kylee Rae Heath for Oscar Blandi
Heath started by spraying Pike's hair with Oscar Blandi Protein Mist while it was still damp.  She combed Oscar Blandi Hair Lift Mousse through the hair to give volume when she blew it dry.  Next, she sprayed the hair with Oscar Blandi Dry Styling Heat Protect Spray to protect it from heat, then used a combo of Sultra 3/4" curling iron and a 1" marcel iron to create some texture.
Once Heath gave the hair some texture, she sectioned the hair from behind the left ear, over the head, to the top of the right ear.  She pulled the back section into a ponytail, and then pulled the front section bad to meet the pony, securing in place with bobby pins.  She twisted the ponytail into a bun and pinned.  To finish the look she used Pronto Lacca Medium Hold Hairspray all over the style, and Polish Glossing Creme to her undercut.
