Spring picks from B-Glowing.com (just in time for mom's day)

B-Glowing.com is a site that I talk about frequently on this blog because the founder, Lisa King, is always in the know about cool, new products.  So, in desperate need of some mom's day goodies, I am relying on some of Lisa's spring picks for guidance.  

By Terry 10^th Anniversary Baume de Rose ($60): This is a collector’s edition of the cult classic Baume de Rose to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this genius product. The limited edition silver love heart design makes the outside adorable, but the beauty is really the product inside.  There's a reason that this product has achieved its status by word of mouth alone; the lightweight balm is made for lips but can be used on cuticles, to moisturize under-eye bags, to soothe cuts or abrasions on the skin.  You name it.  But its original purpose, as a lip balm, is the best possible use for it since it gives your lips a slight, non-sticky, rose tint, while keeping them plump and youthful.  

Nuxe Prodigieux Le Parfum ($69): The famous Nuxe Prodigieux scent we all love is now available in a perfume, that will remind you of warm summer evenings.  The scent is a floral with bergamot, orange blossom, rose, gardenia, and magnolia, with a hint of warm sand, vanilla, and coconut milk to ground it.  Besides the smell, this product is amazing because it doesn't photo-sensitize (aka, you can wear it in the sun on a hot summer day and you'll still smell good).    

LaLicious NEW Brown Sugar Vanilla Scrub ($34): Inside this cute little tub you'll find a deliciously sensorial experience.  This scrub is made of pure sugarcane crystals that kind of melt into the skin to slough away dead skin cells and moisturize the body.  It contains cold-pressed oils, like coconut and sweet almond, to maintain the integrity of the oil, making it a really effective product.  It also doesn't hurt that it smells of vanilla and caramel, so you'll feed good enough to eat afterwards.  

Anna Sui Limited Edition Lipsticks ($30 each): Anna Sui’s 3 fan-favorite shades are back for a limited time, but I'm picking the coral color for this list because it's AMAZING.  Flattering on a multitude of skin tones, you'll get a fresh wash of color with one coat, and they smell like roses!  It's because it has Rose Canina extract, Rose Canina oil, and Jojoba oil to keep the lips soft and supple.    

Illume Spring Amber Dunes Large Boho Candle ($33.50): I'll buy any candle that looks like this, since I re-use the jars when I'm done to keep my makeup brushes (and other such nonsense) in them after I've washed them out.  But this isn't on the list JUST because it's pretty, it also happens to smell like spring.  The scent is bergamot, tobacco flower, golden amber, and sandalwood, so it's fresh while somehow simultaneously earthy.  It's a natural wax candle with a lead-free wick (did you even know that wicks had lead in them?!?!) with 70 hours of burn time.
