Get the look: Jennifer Lawrence on the cover of Vanity Fair

Unless you start working out night and day, find the Fountain Of Youth, and a great plastic surgeon, I can’t promise you’ll look like Jennifer Lawrence.  Her girl-next-door good looks have the boys drooling, and her athletic (read: not waifish) physique has the girls inspired.  But if there’s one thing we can do to look like Miss Jennifer, we can try to replicate that shiny, thick, touch-me hair. 

Oribe was the genius behind Jennifer’s modern Bardot hairstyle that she rocked on the cover of Vanity Fair this month.  Here’s how to get the look from the cover, and one of the sexier looks from the story.  

On the cover:

-Prep hair with Oribe Volumista Mist and blow dry with a round brush.

-Spray sections of hair with Imperméable Anti-Humidity Spray and curl with a 2” iron.  Pin each curl and allow to cool. 

-After hair has cooled, remove pins and turn head upside-down to brush through the hair. 

-Use Smooth Style Serum on the ends of the hair, and around the face for shine. 

-Finish with a little more Imperméable Anti-Humidity Spray.  
For the more dramatic look:

-Take your style from day-to-night by applying Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray to the hair for volume. 

-Place a headband towards the front of the hair. 
-Gently tease the area behind the headband, and then brush lightly over the teased hair to create a smooth finish. 
-Set the look with Superfine Hair Spray. 

-Finish with Shine Light Reflecting Spray for a high-gloss finish.
