Always dream of being a princess? Sephora understands.

Cinderella_Guide.jpg

I think at some point in every girl's life she dreams of being a princess.  From the girliest of girls, to the tom-boys, (and many boys out there) there is a Disney princess that we all relate to.  Me being a small-town girl with dreams of big cities, I felt Ariel's pain when she sang "Part Of Your World" in The Little Mermaid.  (I also love Just Can't Wait To Be King from The Lion King so what does that say about me?)  I know plenty of girls who felt like they had a Wicked Stepmother in their lives, and who didn't dream of riding away in a magical pumpkin when they were asked to do chores in the morning?  Sephora and Disney totally get it, which is why they've introduced their new Disney Reigning Beauties Collection.  Each season there will be a collection inspired by the style and personality of one Disney Princess, and we start with a fan favorite: Cinderella.

Storylook Eyeshadow Palette Volume 1 Cinderella Edition ($55)

20 different shadows for this price?  Yes, please.  Even if Cinderella wasn't your favorite princess, that's too good a deal.  And I think now would be a good time to mention how pretty the packaging is on these palettes.  This would make a great gift (for myself or for someone else).

An easy way to master the smokey eye, which we all know is how you land a prince.  As much as I love a strong lip color, I think guys definitely prefer a more subtle lip so that they feel like they can kiss you at midnight.  But what guy can resist a subtly smokey eye?    Shades include a grey pearl inspired by Cinderella’s hair ribbon at the ball, a white pearl shimmer inspired by Cinderella’s white gloves at the ball, a champagne nude inspired by Cinderella’s luminous skin in the moonlight, and a charcoal shimmer glitter inspired by the nighttime sky  at the ball.

Again, 4 lipsticks for $25?  Don't even think about.  Go get it. Shades include: Lady Tremaine (berry), Pumpkin (light pastel peach), Who Is She (warm rosy mauve inspired by Cinderella’s lips when she was in her work dress, though in my mind I like to think it's a reference to Kate Hudson in How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days), and My Moment (pink champagne inspired by Fairy Godmother’s fairy dust).

So This is Love Eau de Parfum
This floral fragrance was inspired by Cinderella, obviously, and embodies a sweetness and elegance fit for a princess. Top notes of plumeria and hyacinth give way to tuberose and jasmine, grounded then by musk accord and hints of plum.
-So This Is Love Eau de Parfum Spray, 50 mL ($58)
-So This Is Love Eau de Parfum Rollerball  ($19)

Sephora by OPI A Brush with Fate Nail Lacquer ($24.50)
This is basically the perfect shade selection for the holidays.  No holiday party dress or New Year's Eve outfit can't be paired back to one of these festive shades.
Shades include:
So Totally Enchanted (pearl white)
Step Off, Sister! (silver blue glitter)
I Blue My Curfew (deep blue shimmer )
Bibbidi-Bobbidi Pink (rose gold shimmer)
Self-Maid Millionaire (gold metallic)
Rags to Rhinestones (gold glitter)

I mean, do I even need to say anything about this?  It's too pretty to pass up.
