Living Proof introduces "Full" hair care line

My boyfriend went to MIT, so when I learned that the Living Proof scientists were based there, my ears perked up. Although people who went to MIT tend to talk about subjects that would put most people to sleep, they generally know what they're talking about. This team of people decided to focus on hair for a change (instead of pocket protectors? I kid! I kid!), and are quickly revolutionizing how we look at hair products. First came Living Proof's No Frizz, the first product line to address the science behind why people get frizzy hair rather than just covering up the problem with silicone. The team actually invented a new molecule that is smaller than silicone to reduce friction and protect against humidity.
Next came Full thickening cream, the perfect solution to limp hair. The Living Proof team invented a new material: Poly Beta Amino Ester-1. Before I put you to sleep, let me just explain that this material gives you fuller and touchable hair. The material actually deposits tiny dots of thickener all over the hair, but doesn't get dry or flake off. Unlike other products that wear off after a few hours, this product actually gets better throughout the day as you run your hands through it. Now they have developed more products to use in conjunction with the Full thickening cream. New in September there will be a Full conditioner, shampoo, and a Root Lifting Spray. The shampoo and conditioner are sulfate-free, so they're safe to use on color-treated hair. The Root Lifting Spray is incredibly lightweight, so as to add volume and not weigh hair down. After using the shampoo and conditioner, blow dry hair using the spray just at your roots. You can also use on limp curls and let them air dry, or blow dry with a diffuser. Finish up by using the thickening cream at the ends, and you've found amazing volume that will last all day. The best part is that continued use of the products will help maintain fuller hair every day.
Available in September on the Living Proof website and Sephora.
