Diptyque launches skin care line, I swoon

Diptyque, which is only the most awesome company that has luxury candles and body care products, is launching their new skincare line this March.  L'art du Soin is just as amazing as their other lines; it smells great, it uses premium ingredients, and it can be used on men or women.  The products are super effective because they use a special distillation method that conserves the quality of their ingredients, which include high-end botanicals like the Damask rose, jasmine, white lily, clay, rice powder, and more.  What's even cooler than the scents, is the textural experience using the products.  We're talking about products that transform from powders or waxes into foams and cleansing milks.  Here's a sneak peek at the products:

Infused Facial Water
Forget good ole tap water, this stuff is chock full of vitamins, minerals, and botanicals. It's not just about cleansing the skin, it's also about nourishing and toning.  It's made from a hydrolate of Damask rose, where it gets its scent, and a blend of nine traditional plants and flowers.

Radiance Boosting Powder
Upon contact with water, this powder transforms into a lightweigh foam to cleanse thoroughly, yet gently.  It's made with white clay, rose petal, jasmine and sweet orange blossom powders, as well as a slew of vitamins and minerals.  It revives as it cleanses, and is an invigorating sensory experience with infusions of verbena and neroli.

Nourishing Cleansing Balm
In the container this appears to be a regular white, waxy balm, but once you rub it around i your fingers it turns into an oil.  But wait!  Once water is applied, it turns to a milky texture.  Cool, eh? It's made with sweet almond oil, and 3 essential waxes: ylang-ylang, mimosa, and geranium.  It cleanses the skin, or it can be used as a mask, so it really is a multi-dimensional product.  Plus it has the delicious smell of geranium and rose.

Multi-Use Exfoliating Clay
Another product with an interesting texture, this one is smooth and light with the scent of violet.  It's made of marble powder, kaolin clay, rice powder, and oat powder.  It can be used as an exfoliating cleanser, or as a mask.  You can also add a couple drops of the Infused Facial Water to the mask to enhance its effectiveness.

Protective Moisturizing Lotion
This hydrating lotion is lightweight enough to use on its own or in conjunction with other products.  It has SPF 15, moisturizing properties, brightening agents, and calming ingredients.  It's made of Damask rose, white lily, calendula, and grape extract for their skincare benefits.  For the benefit of your nose, there is also orange blossom and Petitgrain Paraguay.
