OPI X Gwen Stefani

Few things make me more excited than Gwen Stefani news.  Combine beauty news with Gwen news, and I go into spastic fan-girl mode.  Famed nail brand, OPI, has recently partnered with my style icon Gwennie (can I start calling her Gwennie or is that weird?) to come up with 7 limited edition nail lacquers for January 2014.  From bold red to match her signature lip color, to really cool new finishes, this collection pays homage to the connection between music and fashion.  OPI Executive VP and Artistic Director Suzi Weiss-Fischmann was inspired by the 2013 Met Gala's theme "Punk: Chaos to Couture", so who better to partner with than Gwen?  She's a musician, designer, and style icon so she totally gets it.  
Gwen Stefani by OPI includes the following seven limited edition nail lacquers: Hey Baby, I Sing in Color, Love.Angel.Music.Baby., 4 in the Morning, In True Stefani Fashion, Push and Shove, and Over & Over A-Gwen.  Gwen’s signature red, Over & Over A-Gwen, comes in a boxed set ($14.95) that has black Swarovski crystals and silver, gold, and pewter studs in various shapes to create your own unique nail art.  Love.Angel.Music.Baby. and 4 in the Morning are both a new, semi-matte satin finish that you wear without top coat ($9 each). Push and Shove is a cool new mirrored chrome that you wear without top coat, but comes with a special base coat called Lay Down that Base.
