How-to:
For Katy’s polka-dot nail look, Kyees used two coats of Sally Hansen Triple Shine Nail Color in Slick Black as a base color, before using Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear in White On to paint on the dots. To finish, Kyees used Sally Hansen Triple Shine Top Coat to both seal in the nail art and to make the look super shiny.
