How-to:
Bass prepped Howard's face with Simple Protecting Light moisturizer before lightly adding some Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation in PK0.
Next, she sculpted Howard's cheekbones using 3 different blushes: Chanel Les Beiges Powder in 20 as the base color, Le Blush Creme De Chanel in Inspiration on the apples of the cheeks, and then a light dusting of Nars powder blush in Deep Throat on the top.
To create Howard's cat eye, Bass started with Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes in Matte black, which she blended with a small pointed brush, and cleaned up any mistakes with Simple Eye Makeup Remover Pads rolled into a cylinder shape (using the flat edge works like a q-tip). She then traced over the line with Chanel Ecriture de Chanel Liquid liner in black.
To finish the look off with a bold lip, Bass used NYX Cosmetics Matte Lipstick in Indie Flick mixed with Pure Red.
