What: 2013 Met Ball
Makeup: Jo Baker
How-to:
-To achieve this completely flawless skin look, Baker started with NYX HD Studio Photogenic Foundation in Nude.
-Baker used NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder Foundation in Creamy Natural and NYX Green Tea Blotting Papers to keep the makeup in place all night.
-To sculpt the face, Baker used NYX Highlight & Contour Powder on the sides of Emmy’s cheekbones and down her nose.
-For even more of a glow, she blended the contouring powder with NYX Powder Blush in Natural on the apples of Emmy’s cheeks, up to her hairline.
-Next, Baker applied NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator in Sunbeam along Emmy’s collarbone and shoulders.
-The skin was flawless in this look, but it really was all about the eyes, so Baker started with NYX Eye Shadow Base in White to keep the eye makeup in place all night.
-Baker then applied NYX Cream Shadow in Chocolate to create the shape of the eyebrow, as well as all over the lid.
-She used NYX Roll On Eye Shimmer in Onyx with her finger onto the outside of the eyes, and then blended with a flat brush.
-Baker then softened the shimmer of the shadows with NYX Nude Matte Shadow in Tryst.
-NYX Kohl Kajal Black Liner was used to create a winged liner that extended to the outside of Emmy’s eyes.
-To complete the dramatic eye look, Baker applied NYX Propel My Eyes Mascara heavily on Emmy's top lashes.
-Keeping the focus on the eyes, Baker finished Emmy's look with NYX Round Lipstick in Fortune Cookie (a soft peach).
