Get the look: Zooey Deschanel at the 2012 Emmy's

How to:

-Jorjee began by priming the skin with Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, followed by Hourglass Illusion Tinted Moisturizer in Ivory. Hourglass Hidden Corrective Concealer was utilized in two different shades (Fair and Pearl) to hide any imperfections, and the skin was finished with Hourglass Oxygen Mineral Powder in #1.

 

-Hourglass Aura Sheer Cheek Stain in Flush and Dior’s Rosy Glow in 001 petal we used on the cheeks for a subtle flush.

 

-The eye look started with the light shimmer shade of Hourglass Vol. 6 Eye Palette across the whole lid, then the crease was contoured using the brown and black colors.  The pink shade was used to blend the whole lid, and shimmer was added with Beauty is Life in Everest.

 

-Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner in Ebony and Hourglass Script Precision Liquid Liner were used for Deschanel's signature cat-eye look, and the eyes were finished with Hourglass Film Noir Lash Lacquer.

 

-Jorjee finished the look with Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Ballet.

Nails:

How To:

-First, Tom used a thin coat of  L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Nail in Tweet Me (yellow), topped with a coat of Sweet Nothings (peach) to tone it down a little.

-He L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Nail Diamond Collection in  Sparklicious to create glittery areas on the nails and topped with Swarovski crystals to create a “galaxy" effect.  

-Lastly, he hand-painted little televisions on the thumbs (as seen in her twitter picture above).
