Hair by Creighton Bowman
“We decided that a ‘20s-inspired style evoking the Jazz Baby era was perfectly in sync with the silent-screen siren cut of the gown”
-Starting on towel-dried, damp hair, Bowman sprayed Dianna’s hair from roots to ends with René Furterer Volumea volumizing conditioning spray for body and moisture.

-Next, he used René Furterer Volumea volumizing foam–no rinse at the roots and hairline for lift, without stickiness.  Then he used his Babyliss blow-dryer to rough dry Dianna’s hair to create as much volume as possible. He even had Dianna turn her head upside down to pump up the volume to the maximum.

-Once hair was dry, he created a deep side part.
-After sectioning hair, Bowman used a Babyliss half-inch curling iron to do a finger-wave set, giving each wave a light spritzing of René Furterer Glossing Spray to moisturize and help set the hair.

-Using my Mason Pearson flat brush, he brushed out waves, then sprayed hair with René Furterer Naturia dry shampoo, allowed it to set for two minutes before brushing it out further to loosen up the waves.

-To finish the look he pinned up the back with both bobby pins, letting the front pieces fall out to create the illusion of an A-line bob. He sprayed hair with René Furterer Finishing Spray to hold the look in place throughout and included a glittering Carolina Herrera diamond pin for extra sparkle.
