As soon as it gets warmer, my skin gets oilier and more breakouts. But, my eye and neck area are still dry, so finding the right cleanser is a challenge.

In the Spring my Exczema flares up. My main problem I have dry skin patches above my eyebrows and around my scalp. The rest of my face is normal. armelvin@gmail.com
