NY Moves has The Twilight Saga: Eclipse star Bryce Dallas Howard (who plays mean vamp, Victoria) as their cover girl this week. Howard attended the magazine's summer 2010 issue release party Tuesday night, where she also announced the winner of the Moves Personal Chef & Design Competition. Howard looked flawless in the blazing heat in a vintage dress and Chanel purse. Simple makeup and a casual up-'do made her look like she hadn't even broken a sweat (which is impossible in 101 degree NYC heat).
